David Schwartz is an industry professional with 30 years’ experience in the jewelry and gemstone areas. He has held executive positions at Harry Winston Inc., Lazare Kaplan international and Tiffany &Co. Recognized as an expert in the areas of luxury Retailing, jewelry Manufacturing, Gemstone Acquisition, Design and Supply Chain management. He has had the distinction of collaborating with many of the industry's top jewelry designers as well as some of the best in the world of fashion. He has also developed and managed special projects with the Smithsonian Institution national gem gallery. Over the course of his career, he has worked directly with gemstone cutters, designers and manufactures to produce many of the world’s most important successful jewelry products for Ultra high net worth clients and celebrities. David is known for having a keen eye for beautiful gemstones and demanding excellence in all aspects of the jewelry creation process. He has also served on the Jewelers of America Ethical Initiatives Committee and as a judge on UBM/IC gemstone contest. He has currently started his own sales and consulting business.
